I did week 2 day 1 yesterday. This dvd is no joke. I had to do some of the modified moves, but by the end of the week I hope I will be able to do the advanced moves.

I made this last weekend and my kids loved them. They are a perfect for dessert.

I'm on W1 D2. So far I like it a lot. It's like the 30 DS with the 3-2-1 circuits, it's around 25 minutes. I did the 30 DS for 30 days straight but I think I will take Jillian's advice and take one day off a week.

I just finished 30 day shred on Saturday (I did 30 straight days) and was planning on starting Ripped in 30 in a few days but I will start next Monday with you (it will give my body a much needed rest).
