I bought the book on amazon really cheap and downloaded the cd on his web page. I think his ideas are great, thanks for sharing this. His chapters on nutrition are also spot on!

The best thing is I am totally allergic to their products... my skin gets really itchy! But I think as well as being an amazing advertising campaign, like you say they are doing some good.

best way to beat hunger pangs is by eating protien. Carbs make you hungry faster and make you crave more carbs..
