Not going into too much detail, but lets just say that Mrs Wife and I have a Hottub and some fun Saturday nights with 'friends':laugh:

Day 3 without logging on I send and email. Day 4 with no response and I delete. Not wasting my time on people who arent as dedicated as I am. Currently got 48 friends all of whom are top performers. Yes, its uncompromising but I take this seriously.

Was on a bike in the gym when a 'Well endowed' lady decided to sit on the vibroplate next to me and crank it up to high setting. Wasn't a good sight and I've not used one since in-case I look the same :bigsmile:

I kept at it, doing a little more each day and now I move >600 calories per day on a cross-trainer plus 30 minutes of weights. I struggle to get my heart rate to more than 145 bpm.…
