i make mine homemade. i just put a clove of garlic, a can of chick peas, some olive oil, i usually dont measure, just till it looks right but a couple tbs would do, some cumin (again a preference) and sometimes i put low fat sour cream!

i was wondering the same thing? i can also do a 30 minute work out on an elliptical and burn almost twice as many calories. i feel more satisfied with my work out on the elliptical.

wow, thanks everyone! my current weight is 149 lbs and i am 5 feet 3 inches. My goal weight is 125 lbs. i never thought to check if i am losing inches. but i am going to start and measure my self today! ive heard it IS possible to lose inches without losing weight.
