I have it and had it for 17 years. I live on a farm too and raise two kids in Minnesota. Weight gain is an issue with hypothyroidism. I did some researching on-line a few years back and one of the culprits is that we don't produce enough idodine. Need to be careful on your salt intake and do not take anything with zinc.…

Walking, elliptical machine, biking, some water aerobics. I have the same problem. I find that if I walk continuously or daily, then it gets better. Depends on what the fitness routine in the water, it helps, but the impact of bouncing onto the floor or jumping really affects my ankle. May have to experiment with different…

This is my daughter's favorite veggie. A staple in our house. I usually just saute them with olive or canola oil, onions, peppers and mushrooms. Sometimes I will sprinkle Mrs. Dash just to flavor it once in a while. :smile:
