Are you losing inches by anychance? I worked out everyday for at least an hour and the scale didn't move for 6 months!!! But I lost ALOT of inches. I really like my instructor, she's really up beat and fun. But she does need to come up with better dance routines. Either way though, I don't think I burn that much. Maybe I'll try taking it with a different instructor and see what happens

I live spinning!! I take a class every Tuesday and Thursday! I love that class. And yes its torture, but the good kind. The first time u was really worried about how uncomfortable the seat was, but after the second or third class I had no problems. It gets much easier, so keep it up!! Best class to take to shed those…

Ok so I made Nutella crepes with banana slice. About 150 cal. They where really good, nut filling enough. Next time I'll take the advice given and stick with protien :)

OMG...I have been dying for a low calorie recipe I can use my 2 all time favorite ingredients: wonton wrappers, and heaven (oops nutella, i seem to be slipping myself ;) If you have anymore please keep them coming....you are my new best friend :)
