Stair climber/stepper
I use the stair climber for 10 minutes, skipping a step each time. So they are more like lunges. When I'm done it says I burned 711 calories. I weigh 130lbs. Is this accurate? How do I log it in?

Zumba: don't see what all the fuss is about
ok, so I have been taking Zumba every Monday and I have to say it's kinda a disappointment. It was fun at first, but not so much anymore and I don't think I burn that much. How many calories should I record for body definition class
Five days a week I take body definition classes. Some are all strenght, and some are both strength and cardio. They target just about every muscle. Help! How many calories is sushi?
Before I went out for sushi I did a quick search on MFP and the first few that came up (the ones I looked at) gave really low calorie amounts. getting frustrated
I have been working out 5 to 6 hours a week and using myfitnesspal off and on since beginning of Sept. I have lost only 5 lbs. All I need is 10 more, but it is taking forever. What am I doing wrong?
