getting frustrated

I have been working out 5 to 6 hours a week and using myfitnesspal off and on since beginning of Sept. I have lost only 5 lbs. All I need is 10 more, but it is taking forever. What am I doing wrong?

It does seem to go slow sometimes. I've been on MFP for a little more than a month and lost 3 pounds. That's great, but not the amazing losses some have. Like you though, I'm not trying to lose a lot -- 20 total would be fine with me. You and I, we're moving in the right direction. Hang in there! You're not alone.--SteadyEddie0
