How many calories should I record for body definition class

Five days a week I take body definition classes. Some are all strenght, and some are both strength and cardio. They target just about every muscle. The classes are really tough, I am always pushed to the max. I leave there feeling like Jello. I usually just record them as strength training which gives me about 150 for 55 min. I don't know if this is accurate. 150 doesn't seem right for an hour for the intense classes that i take. Does anyone else have this problem? and how do you guys record them in you MFP?

better to under estimate then over estimate. I take a class too. Bought a HRM an use it when we do cardio. for strength training just add in what mfp says.0
