I'm in! 5' 2" SW - 163lbs CW - 141.5 GW - 135 completed C25K currently working on B210K I also do T-25 4days weeks. I maybe more of .5 a week but by April I should be at my goal weight. Thanks

I'm on my 2nd round of T-25, feel free to add me. I tried Turbo fire but was a working out in carpet,for me it was hard to move. I like the Hit workout and the bands offer alot of resistance training.

You did a great job! I just finished yesterday Alpha, Beta, started my 2nd round today. I lost weight 163 to 155 but very few inches I follow the 5 day fast track the whole time, I did add an extra snack in Beta. I plan on doing a total of 3 rounds and then moving on to body pump. Keep up the good work
