Not exactly sure what happened to make me lose 3 pounds in a week, wish I could do that every week. Having a hard time this week, had an 8 hour road trip on Friday so ate at a restaurant, was starving because we left the house at 6:30 am...I soooooo should have brought something to snack on that was healthier so I didn't eat so much at the restaurant. I don't exercise much because I live in the middle of nowhere and there isn't a gym within 10 miles and then the only one is curves and I really can't afford that. I did buy a recumbent bike, thank god for a Walmart card...I have been riding it for shorts periods before I go to bed, trying to work up to a longer ride. Maybe this post will motivate me to try harder and get healthier for myself and my family.

I really wanna join ,I've been plateaued for months! It's so frustrating because I'm close to my goal weight. Kinda late but if i work hard i think i still have time to reach my goal for April. I'm gonna try planning meals in advance now and see if that works because my eating has been pretty all over the place... I just dont wanna feel like im losing another month
