  • thanks, I just had my second child & have noticed that I drink beverages more because I'm supposed to & not because I'm thirsty. I'll start tracking my water intake today. I usually drink between 4-6 glasses a day, but sometimes I realize @ bedtime that I haven't had any

  • Thanks everybody! Hopefully if I can kick the soda it'll free me up between 500-650 calories a day. Wow! No wonder I'm always hungry :noway:

  • I have tried crystal light but I just can't get used to it. I have swapped out a can of soda for a bottle of green tea everyday, but thats only saving me 70 calories.

  • I heard somewhere that if you trade in your dinner plate for a saucer or salad plate, its a lot easier to portion your food automatically. I've been trying it & it works- you definately cannot fit 3 pieces of pizza on a saucer
  • I weigh in first thing monday morning & thats it! Problem is my daughter keeps carrying my scale around & now its a little wonky! :wink:

  • So happy to see this! Been spending alot of time in the hospital waiting room wondering what kind of snack can i bring thats easy & will fill me up?
  • I babysit during the day-so I have 4 kids under 4 yrs. i found the easiest way to get my exercise in is to go outside & play with them. We usually jump on the trampoline but sometimes we swing or play duck duck goose/ring around the rosey. Anything you can do that keeps them interested is great!
