You can do it! I haven't had any added sugar in 3 weeks due to sensitivity and while it was initially difficult, it has gotten better. I know it's hard, but you'll feel better without it I promise!

I'm going to school to be a Geologist and my favorite part is the field work. However at 5'2" and about 225 pounds it was very difficult to keep up with everyone in class when hiking around. Unfortunately I get that weight gain many days before the event day. Fortunately.. I have other indicators lol Sorry to all the guys out there. I just imagine them sticking their fingers in their ears going "la la la!!" haha

That during *that* week (well the few days leading up to it) you might not see a loss. But then about 1 day after I start, I magically melt the water weight and I see all my *real* loss for the previous week. Annoying... but I'm onto it now! Just gotta ignore the scale for that week from now on!

Oh man, I know the feeling! I have 2 whole containers of oreos in my cupboard and I haven't touched them in 2 weeks! I had 1 the other day and felt super guilty! I don't know what I'm going to do with all of these oreos lol

Thanks for the input everyone! Since school started I kinda fell off the map there for a bit! So I did lots of research, and what I've been doing is eating a measured amount of diced potatoes in the mornings with an egg and a meat protein. I've been getting up at 4am during the week to go to the gym before school so I can't cop-out in the afternoon. This is a small change for me because I'm usually up at 5am every morning. What's an hour earlier if it improves my health?
