Thank you! I am eating 1200 calories a day, on my usual good days and I dont eat back the exercised calories, mostly because I feel pretty satisfied with the foods I choose. I made something similar Banana cream ice cream 2 frozen bananas (frozen for at least 4 hours) 1/2 can of light coconut milk (cooled in the fridge) Combine in a blender until smooth, I use Ninja NJ600 Also I added a cup of frozen fresh pineapple. That was very delicious! Topped with shredded coconut

I love to have it every morning I have a huge plastic cereal container/dispenser of oatmeal. I usually have it with 5 dried prunes and half a serving of raw pecans, I just pour boiling water over the oatmeal and it's done. It's also good with blueberries and peanut butter, today I had it with sliced banana and pecans.
