    I have lost 19 pounds too but at 188 pounds I don't look anywhere near as good as you do. GREAT JOB!!!

    You'll get there! You've done a great job so far losing those pounds!

    Well done I feel jealous as I have lost double of what you have and can't see no difference whatsoever!

    I'm sure there is a difference! 38 lbs is a lot!
