Hell, yes!!!! You may have to work a little harder at it but you can definitely be "hot" at 40, 50, whatever.

A lot of it depends on the types of food you eat. I have been trying to eat high fiber foods, lots of fruits vegetables, beans and nuts that keep you full and drinking plenty of water. Feel free to add me as a friend and you can see my food diary.

I was very sore the day after my first 30DS. It was muscle aches so I am giving my body a couple days to recover before I try it again.

Try incorporating spinach, white beans (lima and kidney beans too), soybeans, clams and potatoes in your diet. All are high in potassium. I'm not a big breakfast fan either. I just don't feel like eating when I first get up. What I have been doing is having a cup of coffee and a little bit of fruit when I first wake up to get my body started then I will have something a little more substantial about an hour later.
