  • Family is more important.! Enjoy and celebrate. you can always exercise more on the weekend. Have fun!
  • When you order your meal, ask to be served only half of it and have the other half wrapped for a doggy bag. You won't be tempted to finish the whole thing!
  • It's day by day and learning to make better choices, not to deprive, moderation. An increase your exercise in creative ways, use the stairs at work, park far from the entrance of the store. MFP keeps me accountable by logging my food! So far so good!
  • We have FitLinxx at my gym, each treadmill (bike, elipitical) has it's own TV. I love it. I can do an hour on the treadmill and not even know it. I used to watch "Everyone loves Raymond" it was the best time!

  • I'm pretty good following my diet during the week. It is the weekends that might be a little over on my calories. Going out to eat with the family etc. I think it evens itself out over the week.
