3 Egg Whites (sometimes I add in veggies) 1/4 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and 1tsp of brown sugar! When I'm feeling ambitious instead of oatmeal I cook up some sweet potatoes :)

Mini Magnum caramel ice cream are my favorite too!! When they came out with the minis I was SO excited! I like the mini almond ones also :) They're just enough!

I'm not crazy about cottage cheese but also don't hate it. I usually mix mine with greek yogurt, tomatoes, or salsa (pico style)!
