    I might as well post my stats. I've been reluctant to do so because I've always felt too ashamed and embarrassed to do so. So today feels like a different day. So why not get it over with.

    GW: Somewhere between 115 and 160 lbs. It all depends on how my body changes. :heart:

    I have been stuck in the 218 - 225 range forever it feels like. Lowered calories, upped calories....ugh. It's seriously effecting my mindset and motivation.

    Unfortunately I am also part of the club and would love some 200+ ladies making their way down to their goals as well.. I train fairly hard, weightlifting(4-6 days a week) and I am a fairly new runner (C25K graduate) as of February and live in the Toronto area.

    GW:160 (Which is negotiable, if I am happier a bit heavier or a bit lighter I am not going to stress myself out over the number at the end of the day being healthy is my main goal.)

    Even though I teach dance in my community - I'm STRUGGLING this last year with the last 30-40lbs (have lost 105 lbs over the last 5 years) and want to surround myself with positive people - in the same boat! - as you mentioned!

    I always say I was born heavy and have always been that way. I don't have a super model goal for my weight.... for me it isn't a number that I want to reach.... it is a mental state.

    Well I was hoping by now to be in the 200's by now, but my rotten old scale was inaccurate & I "gained" 6 pounds with my new scale :ohwell: I've still lost 15 pounds - about 2#/week. New goal = 299 by July 5th before we leave on vacation.

    Anyone can add me, I log every day and my diary is open. I eat ~1500 calories/day and try to exercise at least 30 minutes of something - walking, hiking, swimming, Wii games,(Just Dance, Zumba, WiiFit) etc.
