I bounce between 200-215 (at 5' it isn't good).
Not sure what I weigh right now... My goal is to phase out soda and phase in water to start. Hopefully up my energy levels! Please add me, because I know I am going to need the support/kick in the pants!
I am 5'2'' , 35 years old and have 2 kids, 6 and 8. Was stuck at 205-212 for about 8 years ..... finally something kicked in this year. I have been doing this since May 2 (SW 205) and I am down to 192 as of this morning, yeah!!!!! I've hit onederland - did not even think i would see a number below 200 on the scale EVER.
I try to walk everyday (45 mins at least) and have started doing some fitness classes, eat back most of my excercize calories.
Open to like-minded friend requests to keep each other motivated and going.0 -

I dont know if i fit in as far as what type of morale you guys all are looking for...i was 222 when I started. I have lost about 30-ish and am 1/3 the way through my goal, so although i am not currently over 200 (I am only 4 lbs from it) and started over, and am right there in the middle (OK third) of my journey.

Unfortunately, yes. It's taken me 12 years to get this high (and two kids)....and I after a couple weeks I get frustrated it's not coming off quickly.

My goal starting tomorrow is swapping at least one bottle of soda out for 2 bottles of water minimum. I did it once and did really good (of course I was in Alaska and soda where my dad lives costs A LOT ($14 for a 12 pk)). I want to be able to help out with my kids in school and get back into photography.Try Crystal Light- its only 5 calories per 8oz serving. I drink it every day at work. Sure its not 100% sugar free but calorie wise its very low and its sweet. Id have to drink more than 10 glasses to even reach the calories in 8ozs of soda.I bounce between 200-215 (at 5' it isn't good).

when i started i was a size 22 pants and 3x shirt... i recently gave away every piece of clothing i had and now am in a size 16 and xl and both are getting alittle lose... just started new rules of lifting for woman and am loving it. my excercise of choice is the eliptical i do it daily anywhere from 20 to 40 min depending on what is on the menu that day ;-) good luck everyone0 -
