My first timed 10K today and I did it in 71mins, 14secs! Sweet!.. or should I say sweat! LOL, worked my butt off but feel AMAZING! That Half Marathon in Sept. is looking more doable every day! =D

Oh I can't give up my coffee creamer! I use sugar free most of the time, hazelnut is my favorite! Once in awhile I use a regulat flavored one and mix it with sugar free french vanilla to bring the calories down a bit!

I had the same problem and was also frustrated by it! I found that the size difference between 18's, 16's and 14's were much great then the differences between 14's, 12's, and 10's....
