Try not to beat yourself up, just keep going toward your goal, just keep your eye and mind on the goal. If you focus too much on the food intake, that's all you'll think about and be consumed by it. It's okey to make mistakes; you doing great just by committing. Go go go for the goal!!!!!!!!!!!

Heres a tip: Go to Walmart and get a BPA free, Hot and Cold 18oz, cup, and just make it a point or challenge to drink 4 each day. That will give you all you need for the day.
