  • Why u not try to eat normal breakfast and lunch (proper ) food instead shakes I don't agree with them . Use your calories u be fine . Good luck

  • I m the sme but u have to learn how to control it . Now u know how feel after u binge . Next time think twice , what s going to happen , how u going to feel, how miserable u will be ( that how I beeing) that might be stop eating . Give ur self a day off 1 day a week.   • I m eating all my exercise cal . But in totall 1800 cal . Maybe wasent enough for my weight and hight . Now I have change my goal for MFP recommend I have more cal . I hope that will help . Thanks for coment.

  • I m Eating all my exercise cal. I just changed my goal instead of lose 2 lbs a week now 1 to 1.5 lbs a week . That might help a bit . First 2 weeks I lost 4 lbs then last week put back on 3 :( really pissing me off I m desperate to lose weight. I have lost 4 stn already but not with mfp . I think I m stuck .

  • Thank you do much for all replay . God we got hard life isn't it for night workers . Not easy at all .i think I ll stick with what I m doing .i ll have B . When. Got up , then snack .lunch about 7pm snack then my dinner about 1am .snck again 3.30. Am if I have calorie left somhing light before go to bed . Thank you again…
