Hi I’m new, I’ve never used the site before. Can you please tell me how I can add portion weights myself instead of what the site shows. I would like to add 53 grams but the site will not let me. I hope this makes sense. Thank you
I think they are asking how to adjust the portion sizes on his/her/there food diary
I think they want to know how to adjust the portions (in grams)
(I speak the lingo I’ve a teenage daughter)

I'm also from Swindon England - I'll try and help if I can.

When you add a food - let's say chicken breast as an example, MFP asks: How Much?

you have two variables that you can change

    Servings
A 2nd box in which you will usually find a portion size - such as 150g. This has a drop down list in which you can often find other sizes including a 1g portion

To get say 53 gms as per your enquiry, you simply say you are having 53 portions of 1gm

    Hope that helps
