  • According to their website the Maple flavor is about 220 calories. It's not the worst, I guess, but if you can I'd strongly recommend you make it at home.   • Nope. :) That's what's really made this diet work for me--it's not a diet, it's changing how I think about food. If I want Rita's Water Ice, I need to spend some time on the bike in exchange. I don't get to just throw calories away, but I also don't punish myself for being overweight. If I don't have something I love…
  • Take a walk during your lunch break! Even if you can only get away for 10-15 minutes, it can really help both your mental outlook and burn off some calories.
