According to their website the Maple flavor is about 220 calories. It's not the worst, I guess, but if you can I'd strongly recommend you make it at home. The small size isn't bad from a calories or fat persective. The calories and carbs are pretty high in the large size. Sugar is VERY high in the maple, high enough in the mixed berry and obviously lowest in the plain.
Judging by the nutrition info, the plain looks to be pretty much plain oatmeal + some salt.0
