Hi 45 here... this past year has been crazy with the hormonal changes... weight gain, night sweats, hot flashes, irregular periods,migraines and anxiety....oh and an added bonus last period lasted 13 days....Hoping to get through this stage quickly!!!!! Its miserable...!!!!!!

I usually dont notice when I have them at night.. Just wake up soaking wet.. hair wet.. sheets wet.. gross During the day I feel them come over my whole body, I sweat on my chest, back and nape of my neck. I feel quite panicky, and shaky...almost like my blood sugar drops...

I think the key to remember is that we want the weight to stay off.. and for that to realistically happen it needs to come off slow and steady...also remember if you dont have that much to lose it comes of slower too.. stick with it.. trust the process and it will happen.. and most importantly not come right back on...:)

They are mostly indoor as they are declawed.. but I do have a fenced in back yard so I will let them go out there..when they do they just sit on the deck... this other cat got in over the fence and was HUGE>.. thinking she is just scared to death...:)

I just started today... I think the calories burned are low from what I searched.. thinking of hitting the gym for 40 min of cardio to bump up the calories a little...

I just feel that the whole thing is a process... we didnt get the way we are overnight and we will not get the body we want overnight. Your body is changing... trust it.. trust the process... and try to focus on the positives along the way... inches lost? clothes fitting better...more energy...etc
