From Morbidly Obese to Athlete - before and after pics

                    It's officially happened, I made my goal!  In January of 2012 I was at 214 pounds and 37% body fat.  As of today I am officially at 19% body fat and as I understand it, in the Athlete range.  :happy:
I took the picture of my back this morning and for the first time am seeing what it looks like with no shirt on. I have little muscle wings that I don't even know the name of but I could just fly with them.
