Don't give up, Bluetinker! It is beyond frustrating trying to stick with it. I think how we think about the whole thing does effect our weight loss. I've noticed on those weeks when I'm not stressing about my weight loss, my weight ALWAYS goes down. I hope it helps you at least be kinder to yourself!

HI! The exact same thing happened to me. I'd lost about 40 lbs and then I was just stuck, stuck, stuck. I'm still kind of stuck. My best idea is to look at your nutrients and make sure it's balanced. I used Weight Watchers before and I lost a lot of weight and then switched to this. Honestly, I like this more as it's teaching me to eat healthier and taught me more about calories. But this site could be used in conjuction with another program pretty easily.

I would definitely get it checked out first. The doctor may even want you to do some PT for your knee. I had a bad knee and never really got it checked out. Now, I think I may have to have minor surgery on it. But, there are some great websites on ways to strengthen your quads and hamstrings to better support your knee.…
