  • When you said you know you can do this, that is what I said too! From Sept 08 till May 09 I lost 67lbs and then during the summer I didn't do so well and gained back 20lbs!   • I once heard a nutritionist say not to worry about the sugar in fruits, as long as your eating a moderate amount of it, I guess like don't sit around all day eating fruit (which I could...LOL). I was recording my sugar grams for a long time but was always over simply because of my fruit, so I took it off.
  • Same here...I lost 67lbs and didn't do so well this summer and gained back 20lbs. I'm ready to start again as well! I replied to a post similar to this one, maybe a neat idea would be to start a support post for peeps who have "fallen off the wagon" so to speak and are ready to begin again. Good luck everyone!

  • Recommittment is a great word for my situation as well! I started trying to lose weight September 1st of last year and from September to April of this year I lost nearly 70lbs! Come May all it took was one picnic and eating all the typical picnic foods and it led to a downward spiral. The entire summer I didn't eat well…
