sugar...

ok, so i am logging all of my food, and i really don't eat many foods with added sugar, but i am still consistently going over my recommended sugar dose.
do other people have the same issue?
looking at my diet, it seems like most of the sugar i eat is coming from milk and fruit, so i don't think i'm going to worry about it too much.
any thoughts?

I once heard a nutritionist say not to worry about the sugar in fruits, as long as your eating a moderate amount of it, I guess like don't sit around all day eating fruit (which I could...LOL). I was recording my sugar grams for a long time but was always over simply because of my fruit, so I took it off.0

it's not that big of a deal if you aren't worried about diabetes. Otherwise it would be wise to keep the sugar down even the fruits and munch more on veggies.0
