Yes, both are good... I def looked better than when I started my journey but I am way more solid now... I prefer to have muscle so the second picture appeals to me more. Thanks tho, I know what you are trying to say. :)

Thank you. :) I have lost over 90 lbs in the last few years and was around 150 lbs in the first pic and just over 160 lbs in the second.

The right picture is the after in which I am heavier. I have lost over 90 lbs in the last few years and started lifting heavy last April. I didn't realize I wasn't suppose to post pictures if I look good... I can get some fat pictures if you want. *shrug*

Thank you! I posted it in the success stories section but the responses weren't so kind. After chasing the scale for so long it really is hard to see it go up but visuals are a great way to remind myself to keep on keepin' on.

I have been feeling quite down since stepping on the damn scale the other day as it keeps climbing up. I found a picture of myself from last April and made a comparison shot from today where I am roughly 10 lbs heavier. Here's the difference: My lower body is my area of contention especially my upper thighs as I have a lot…

Thank you everyone. :) This is what I did last night.... I didn't follow the program but was just trying to get a feel for focusing strictly on these exercises and playing around with the weights. I eat 2000 calories a day on my training days and 1800 on my rest days and I continue to lose body fat. That doesn't equate to much weight though (I've lost over 90 lbs thus far) but I would rather lose inches anyways... body composition is more important to me. :) Just for reference, I'm 5'4, 154 lbs and wear a size 6 in…

Thank you for your advice! I wasn't expecting any results (scale wise) for awhile and I am okay with gaining. I finally understand that I was over training and not fuelling my body appropriately... I have actually known this for awhile but was just too scared to do what I needed to do out of fear. I have let that fear go…

Thank you everyone! I just started this weight routine as I was off for some time since having surgery. Prior to that I did a full body weight routine for 3 months. I am not training for anything besides I love to do it and I want to keep improving my health and body. Ultimately though, I want to lose fat at this point. I…
