on the right track!
I found this group a few days ago and have increased my calories to 2040 a day which is TDEE-15%. It's only been two days of eating more but I feel better, have more energy and the scale (which hasn't moved in a long time) has went down 1.8 lbs. I feel so empowered! :)

I think I can see the subtle definition of my abs for the first time in my whole life!! I have lost just over 90 lbs and have 15 lbs or so to reach my goal still but I love noticing the changes in my body as the days move forward.…

Hi everyone, I have lost 90 lbs in the last few years and I am really struggling to lose the last 15-20 that would put me around 135-140 lbs. (I'm 5'4 and muscular). I haven't lost much weight at all in the last year but I have built muscle and went down a few sizes in clothing. Obviously body composition is more important…
