let me re-phrase that... not necessarily HEALTHY, but lets say healthier than eating oreos. just something, yummy, low cal, somewhat low fat, and guilt free :)

This sounds like a great idea! I'm in. I want to aim for 50 miles for the entire month, but with my new work schedule that is about to start I'll probably only get to about 40 miles (10 miles a week). Either way 40-50 miles sounds like a challenge lol ! Lets do this!
