  • I just go into exercise and check 4 mph and put 60 min. in the time and it calcs. it for you. It's probably low, because you do alot more than just walk 4 miles in an hour. I do the 3 quick miles--Leslie says you can walk off all the calories in a meal doing that. I just take whatever this site calcs.
