I tried to add my recipe for a Chicken Burrito in my food log and could not get type it in. Any suggestions. Also, I have many items listed in my food list that are the same. Steps and sleep minutes stopped being recorded
Anybody have an explaination for why my steps and sleep minutes were logged for 8/27,8/28 and 8/29, then not for 8/29,8/30 and 9/1. It showed it was stilled synced. Since it was not recording my infor, I disconnected it and resynced it, but it still did not take my info. The fitbit is fully charged. Thanks for your help.…

Scale is not budging
For two weeks now, I have not lost a pound. I have kept my calories to 1200, exercised when I can (have a chronic sprained ankle I'm dealing with, when it is not acting up I walk for exercise), drink plenty of liquids. Have only lost 3 lbs in 4 weeks. Very frustrating. Any suggestions? Joni :flowerforyou:
