Make sure you eat at least half of your exercise calories. If you work out a lot then only eat your minimum your body may hold on to it. Esther

Get a heart rate monitor. I track everything that way and it's to your body weight and height. ;-)

I use a heart rate monitor and track my calories burned with it. It's to my height and body weight. I work out pretty hard and a full class is about 425-450 calories.
