:smile: Congrats on joining the community! I suggest getting a little exercise every day, every week and eating good portion sizes! Oatmeal with fresh fruit is great for bfast, crackers and cheese with yogurt for lunch, and beans and rice for dinner with a skinny cow bar for dessert! :smile:

its all a big scam! jk:smile: try bananas.....they r great with pb! hey nothing is really bad in stevia but the "fiber stuff" that they add in it makes u sick! also try agave nectar.....its sorta like honey!!!

YOU AGAIN LADY!!!! HIGH FROCTOSE CORN SYRUP IS IN THOSE YOGURTS............thats why they taste so good!! the french vanilla i know for a fact has 27 yeas i mean TWENTY SEVEN grams of sugar and the sugar free yogurts have other bad things to replace the sugar! ur better off with stony field oraganic vanilla!!!

HEY..........slow down mrs.!!! organic or not Yoplait low-fat yogurt has HIGH FROCTOSE CORN SYRUP which has even more sugar than an innocent handful of berries and granola!! I agree with mrs. natural on that one!! :bigsmile:

Hey!!!! Yoplait non fat yogurt has high froctose corn syrup which is REALLY bad for you!! I would suggest eating plain organic yogurt sweetened with stevia !!:flowerforyou:

Just eat the plain rasperries.......plain fruit is a dessert too! Also Stevia and Spelenda are 0 cal. but they have fake sweetners that can be bad for you!! Id stick with the regular sugar flavored jam and eat less of it! to help not temp you bring some other healthy snacks like crackers, cheese, and fresh fruit!:laugh:

Americans like us always tend to over eat so I'd ask for smaller portions!! Also bring along some healthy snaks like granola/nuts to eat instead! Also, tell her about "the buy one get one free fruits at Winn Dixie" or the "Locked in Low Price":smile: :
