Try to weigh in about twice a week - my official weigh in is Friday but as I had a cheat day sunday I wanted to keep an eye on the 'damage'. I had a smaller breakfast today so hoping it will help with the eating more regularly - I just don't want to eat when my body isn't hungry. Fingers crossed! Ahh, at least they are…

Ahh, wish I liked olives! I'm finding i'm the other way.....I don't feel hungry that often now - it's 3pm and I've only just started on my monring snack of mixed nuts as I wasn't hungry enough for my salad. I'm sre it's ok and I shouldn't be complaining about not feeling hungry for once but I do worry I am not eating often…

Well done ! The clean and lean diet does allow fruit, however they suggest having more veg than fruit due to the high sugar levels found in fruit. You want to stabilise your blood sugar levels to minimise crashes and craving more sugar.

Thanks for those tips RoseGoldDinos! I stumbled across the clean Eating Magazine website and tried their chicken satay recipe last night - tweaked it slightly (which veg I included, etc) and it was really tasty plus the boyfriend loved it so I'm going to try a few more of their recipes :-) Hope everyone has a great Clean…

I've had the same issues since my teens and it's taken 10 years to really work out the triggers and what originally caused it. I'm a complete emotional eater and the evenings and weekends are the worst for me. Currently, when I get a craving to eat something bad I think about how I'll feel afterwards and if it's worth it,…

In the morning my snack is a handful of nuts and in the afternoon a handful of mixed berries - I find the nuts keep me full for ages and the berries are a sweet kick in the afternoon. In the book they mention about oatcakes with avocado or hummus so I might try those if I get bored of my nuts :-)

Ahh yeah that is super tough. Luckily, the boy is doing it with me so he can't do that. I'd have no willpower without him :-) your lunch and dinne resounds super clean :-) well done lovely! X

Yes, carbs are fine lovely. It's all about just eating the most unprocessed ones - veg, rice, etc. I have carbs at breakfast and dinner and no longer bloated, etc. Think it's because I've cut out the processed carbs. So far lost 5-6lbs since 1st - so chuffed and got loads more energy. Loving the food as well - not craving…

Hey! Yes you definitely can :-) Eggs are one of the best breakfast to have! I received the cookbook yesterday - lots of yummy meals to try and the boyfriend even likes the look of loads of them so that will keep him happy! This evening I'll be doing the meal plans for next week. My target is to lose 2.5 stone this year -…

Since last thursday I've lost 4lbs which i'm really chuffed about! I'd not got my hopes up about losing loads, so i'm really happy with this! I've pledged to lose about 1-1.5lbs a week, so anything extra is a bonus :-) Want to get 12lbs off by the end of february if possible, so really focused.

Oh, and the book recommends working out 3 times a week, but I'm trying to do at least 30 minutes of brisk walking a day as well as 3 workouts - have some Jillian Michaels DVDs......the woman is evil but a genius in equal measures!

Yes, the recipes include Rye bread so I have it daily with my breakfast. I can't see an issue with having a handful of fruit every day during the detox - its better than having anything that has CRAP in them :-) Yeah, I'm pretty much following the recipes in the book and i've also ordered the cookbook for more recipe ideas…

Hi everyone! Thanks for replying - was feeling a bit lonely! Seven, personally I'm loving it! Swear i've never felt so good and I'm only 6 days in! I'm following the 14 day detox meal ideas and their tips on having nuts and berries for my snacks. Plus i'm not going to have any cheat meals until the 14 days are over…

I did 30 day shred last year and loved it - lost about 6inches and the majority was from my stomach! I only did the workout and counted calories - 1600 a day, so with the food plan you'll do amazingly! Good luck! X

My PT sessions were 2X60mins and were great - she taught me about machines and kit I'd never usually go near. I'd suggest either the 1X60 or 2X30 - if they can devise a plan for you and you are happy doing the CV by yourself then this shouldn't be a problem. Personally, I needed her there to encourage me and make sure I…

I'm seriously falling off the wagon - I stick to my meal plans during the work day, but as soona s I get home I can't face exercising and end up snacking LOADS! If anyone had any tips I woudl really appreciate them :-)

I weigh in Friday mornings after my workout, shower, etc but before I have my breakfast. I must admit though, I do jump on the scales out of curiosity every couple of days......sometimes it's the only thing that can keep me focused

Hi Ye, I've repeated the weeks before. I also mixed up the last few weeks i.e the 2nd run of week 8 was 25 mins, with the other 2 being 28, so that I could manage the longer runs better. Just do what feels right for your body.

I've done my 2n'd day of it.....aching head to toe but I like that it's over quickly and i can feel it's working. Took my measurements before I started and I'm not taking them again until I have finished day 30. Aiming to stay under 1600 cals a day as well.

Well done :-)

Brilliant! Thank you everyone! I'm going to start with 30 Day Shred and see how I get on.....if Insanity is so hardcore I think I'll need to build up to it :-)

Anyone can add me! None of my friends use this and I'm struggling to stay on track this last week or so. Any support is greatly appreciated - need some friends who understand what I'm going through :-)
