I completely agree with you! I get out of breath and tired too quickly, where as i can go longer on a treadmill. I'm thinking about buying a home one in september as i'm moving house then.

I went about 7 calories into my exercise....but if i wouldn't have done the exercise i could never have had that one piece of chocolate i was craving because i didn't want to go over my calorie limit :)

I know! it's good isn't it :) means you know you're not alone and gives you that extra motivation because you know people in the group will see the weigh ins so you want to do well. GO TEAM!

My exercise has been terrible lately (as in very little) I really need to step it up now for the challenge. I'm going to try for 30 minutes/ 5 days a week and then try to step it up - Maybe 60 minutes. Lets see how that goes though because i'm so bad with exercising though. Diet wise, i'm trying to switch it up each day.…

Sw: 187 Wi1: 182 wi2: 184 So i've put in 2 pounds this week. I messed up over the weekend. Drank too much wine and ate fast food, so it's my own fault. Need to make sure i'm under my calorie goal this week and sticking to my water aswell!

I hear you!! I went out last week for dinner and drinks with friends and not only did i have the bad hangover food, i fell off the wagon for the rest of the week. I've only just picked myself up a couple of days ago. I had so much guilt, i felt like i wanted to cry because i knew the hard work i had put in the week before…
