Don't do it! Healthy eating and exercise is better, it may be slower but you'll feel better for it and all that hard work will pay off!

Mine are: Want to be fit and healthy Fed up of being fat Hate clothes shopping because it's so bloody difficult to find anything in my size, seems to be really popular or they don't go that big I avoid having my photo taken because of being so fat so would be nice to actually look half decent in a photo for a change

I'm sticking as much as I can to a High protein, low carb diet and doing T25 workout by Shaun T. It's going well so far, I've lost at least 7lbs. I stupidly forgot to weigh myself before the diet and exercise so I may have lost more. I did 2 of the exercises yesterday and can feel it in my legs, hopefully I'll be fine…

I'm also 5'2 but 202lbs, would love to be 160!! I don't have children either so can't even use that as an excuse. It's a case of I eat more than I move so only have myself to blame. I've lost 7lb so far so I'm heading in the right direction! Good luck :happy:

Hi, I'm 5'2" and currently 203lbs, at the moment I want to drop a couple of dress sizes so can't really say what my ideal weight is. If I was taller, I wouldn't need to lose so much weight but unfortunately I'm squashed down!

Hi, I've been using MyFitness pal app for ages but have just joined the forum. I'm doing T25 (with my other half), we're on week 3 alpha and it's killing us! We didn't realise how unfit we were! We're also doing the high protein low carb diet, it's not as bad as I thought and I actually don't miss potatoes, bread and pasta…
