Cindy, I went to the doc for hair loss and they did some tests on me. Turns out my vitamin D was very low. I would definitely go to the doc and make sure you don't have something health wise causing this!

Also, double check that "light" product. They usually jack up the sodium to make up for the lower calories/fat. I've gone back to eating a lot of non light and non fat free items because of that.

If your stink is from your arm pits, make sure your arm pits are completely dry before you apply any deoderant/antipersperant. That was the fix for me. I was about out of antiperspirants. I went through all the female brands and was almost done with the male brands when I finally went to the doc. I had tried the over the counter brands like Secret Clinical and CertainDri. Anyway, so the doc put me on a prescription brand that worked. I would just have to add some powder…

I would verify that they aren't using it to get access to all your info in your phone. Also, does the app turn off when done? I had an app for a while that would give me points for stores, but it was always on, tracking where I was at, even listening so I got rid of it. I can't remember the name of the app to give you more…

We use an egg cooker. I have never had a hard-to-peal egg and I've had 3 different cookers, fresh eggs, old eggs, new eggs, etc. That thing is genius. I'm sure it has something to do with water getting into the hole you make in the shell, but whatever it is, it's genius!
