I've previously had foot issues (plantar fasciitis) and want to prevent its return. For this reason I have been doing the 30ds in bare feet. Bare feet seems fine for the first segment, but when I get to the second, I fear for my feet and quit.
Can you help me - should I get cross-trainers? Any ideas on this would be very useful. Thanks.

I would like shoe ideas, too. I also do this barefooted because my tennis shoes slip on my hardwood floors.0

When I did 30DS, I wore cross trainers with Dr. Scholls gel insoles. I worked out on a floor that had carpets so the impact didn't seem to be that bad. I'm not familiar with your foot condition but perhaps gel inserts might help.0
