I have my granny's old cast iron and it is AMAZING! It HAS to be seasoned properly! I NEVER use soapy water on it! IF I use any oil, it is some high quality EVOO that I have in my Misto. I did this awhile ago...but right now, I seem to actually be stopping at the store and trying to bring it into the house! I went through the kitchen and threw a bunch of stuff out last night!

I am actually trying to eat as clean as possible, so the SF jello things, FF cool whip and the grahams aren't really an option. :sad: But maybe your suggestions will help me to rethink/see what is in the fridge/pantry to come up with something! :bigsmile:

^^^this! I use different weights for different movements. I may be able to deadlift 40lbs but I sure as shootin' can't do a high pull with that yet! Someone else said to try a class first...totally awesome idea.

I am set for 1600 calories, but I do not currently eat my workout ones back (I have too much to lose right now to even consider it, but I do try to track my exercise in the food notes section). Feel free to add me or just diary stalk...it is open to anyone! :bigsmile:

I have a protein shake 45-60min before workout. It doesn't matter if it is for cardio or HIIT. We are advised to have something small, an apple and a tbsp of peanut butter or something of the sort. People get sick at our boot camp if they haven't put something in their belly beforehand. VERY PUKING SICK. But our workouts…
