  • Hi, I have been with myfitnesspal for a month now, Im doing good with the program. I think u are going to do fine just track ur foods, exercise and follow ur calories intake daily.   • my calorie intake is not 2000 but really close. I am on a 1800 calorie intake and Im doing great with my weight lost and also walk and exercise daily even if it is not for 30 minutes, I still do it.
  • 500 calories is not enough for a day, ur body needs more claories than that. It is not healthy to only do 500 calories. I would not try this
  • I love ur story, I just started this weigt loss journey and hearing ur story makes me feel like I can do it! Keep up the good work! :)
