First time posting. I'm just looking for some support to stay on track. I've been logging pretty consistantly for about four months and have found myself straying away. I reached my first weight goal but I am determined to make another and keep working out and eating better (I hate to say good). So if you're looking for some mutual support let me know...

    Hi, I have been with myfitnesspal for a month now, Im doing good with the program. I think u are going to do fine just track ur foods, exercise and follow ur calories intake daily.
