it helps me if i just dont include it on my shopping list. like if i dont bring it in my home then i wont eat it. as far as going out (dinner / six flags/ beach) i understand what you mean. it all takes self control. The amount of money you would spend on junk food, just put it aside and buy a new workout outfit

i dont think success is a destination. i think each day we have opportunities to have successful moments. whether you are just starting your fitness plan or have been doing it for a few years... we have the chance to create successful moments... its always about picking yourself back up!!!!!!!!!!

i have a great trainer... she brings me down to reality as far as goal setting and pushes me to do better. i can count on her for motivation!

OH..... AND i tripped on the smallest crack in the sidewalk while running ...busy street .... and i rolled like a bowling ball for like at least a meter. lol

Mine would have to be ; when i first started going to the gym i had NO CLUE how to use ANYTHING.... so i just looked like a lost penguin waddling around and reading all the instructions on each machine. lol a lot of people were wondering what the heck i was doing! thankfully i now know what to do!

Fitness is different to everyone. we are all built differently and enjoy different things. but fitness in my eyes is when your body quickly adapts to the task and performs.

you are your own will power. motivation doesnt last forever... but showers dont either, thats why we take showers everyday we have to find motivation and believe in ourselves EVERYDAY that is will power! good luck! this time you own it!

its completely possible to lose up to 20 pounds in a month and a half. plenty of people have accomplished that and in a healthy way.

i only eat my daily calorie goal no matter how much i exercise. i really dont see the point on putting in what i just worked off. if i do get hungry... i head straight to the vegetables or fruits. but nothing heavy. just make sure you never starve or over-eat
