Mom of three kiddos here too! Would love to see or hear about some stories! I lost and was down to goal before baby #3 and gained all the weight back and then some so I'm starting over here :neutral: I know I can do it, but it just seems so much more daunting this time around!

Oooh I thought of one more thing. I would put a piece of gum in my mouth as soon as I got up. Ha. Weird I know but it woke me up and made my breath bearable because I literally walked right out the door without brushing teeth or anything until after :)

When I was working out that early, I'd go to bed with my workout gear on, and put your shoes, socks, and ipod or whatever next to your bed. Then you are set as soon as you get up. Not sure why but it helped. Also, and this one may be tougher, if you can find a workout buddy to meet you at the gym or wherever you are…

Thanks guys! I need to dig in my closet and find my belly band from when I was preggers last time. That may help hold them up a bit. I AM afraid of them coming undone and poking me! I keep poking myself just putting the pins in. ha! I wish I knew how to sew and I would just take them in myself but for now I'll def try…

I started my journey not being able to run more than a minute or so at a time. Even in high school when I was healthy I was a sprinter and anything over .25 miles at a time was torture. Now I can run/walk 5 miles at a time with not alot of walking going on....in about an hour. This morning I took 5 minutes off my 5 mile…
