Thank you for the sharing your pictures, journey and diary. My journey is almost 2 months in my loss goal identical to yours. The progression photos really hit home I can visualize what awaits me and encourages me to put one foot in front of the other day after day. You have inspired me. I can't thank you enough for putting how much you lost per month because sometimes I feel like I'm not losing enough fast enough, but 2 lbs per week really adds up big time!
Yes 2 pounds does add up. Right now I am just losing about a pound a week or so. And it still adds up at the end of the month on the weigh in. That's why initially I only did a once a month weigh in, to not get discouraged if I wasn't seeing the scale move. Now I do my weigh in twice a month. That works for me.0 -
