So how did the weekend go? The calorie allotment is the average through the week...so the free eating day is accounted for. Yes, I do have some anxiety towards this day. I undereat, but I eat small amounts of things that I have been craving during the week.

I plan my week in advance and do all the prep ahead of time, like you had mentioned. I even measure everything out...like 1 cup of granola goes in a zippy bag. I made a pathetic start last November and lost 9 pounds that I regained in January. I got serious March 1. I did take a two week break after two months where I just maintained...so about 3.5 months.
